Canon 1500D DSLR Camera Overview
The Canon 1500D is a cropped sensor DSLR made for those just starting out in their Photography passions. Equipped with everything you would need to learn the fineness of photography. Built around a 24.1MP APS-C CMOS sensor that couples with the DIGIC 4+ image processor to give you fine image quality with a decent amount of sensitivity to light. You can capture images easily in both bright and dark conditions. The ISO range is ISO 100 – 6400 and goes all the way up to 12800 for extremely low light conditions.
The sensor is a cropped sensor which means that the camera uses EF-S lenses. But you can use EF lenses if you decide to invest in a full-frame sensor later on. The autofocus is a 9-point AF with 1 center cross-type AF point that gives quick autofocus over subjects so you don’t have to do the heavy lifting. To account for fast-moving objects the camera has a burst shot mode that captures 3 frames per second.
