Whether you’re taking photos as a professional or as a hobbyist, you know that being prepared is essential to getting that perfect shot. Packing for a particular kind of shooting leaves you unprepared for other types, and there will be times where you’ll have to pack enough gear to have you covered. The folks over at Cami Bags have made a bag that will accommodate carrying a lot of gear in backpack form without compromising comfort while also being discreet. The Cami Godzilla bag will allow you to comfortably carry a laptop, 1-2 DSLRs (pro body size), 3-4 lenses, hot shoe flash units, and accessories. Designed with the same technology as an army pack, the Cami Godzilla bag measures approximately 18″x 14″x10″. It has a well-padded and ventilated back support pad, a wide padded kidney pad and strap, and heavily padded shoulder straps to give you comfort despite a heavy load. When putting this Godzilla bag on, it really feels like the bag and you are one. The bag is narrow enough that when fully packed it will not protrude from the sides. The shoulder straps also have clips where you can attach extra lenses on them, giving you the ability to switch them out without having to turn around and open your bag. The inner compartment of the Cami Godzilla bag is constructed of foam wrapped in canvas with Velcro around the edges that gives the user a chance to customize the bag to fit different gear configurations. The bag will accommodate a pro size DSLR mounted with a 70-200mm zoom lens attached while also leaving space for lenses and a flash along the sides. The extra dividers also give you the opportunity to carry 2 bodies and a multiple zoom and prime lenses. The top handle is strong, yet soft enough to endure travelling (i.e. pulling the bag out of an overhead airplane compartment) and constant use when fully packed with gear. A fully packed bag could weigh around 15-20 pounds, and the handle provides a confident and sturdy hold.
